Your choices:
· You can show your home yourself and conduct open houses or you can choose to allow me to show your home for you.
· You can choose to place your home in the Master Listing Service (MLS) or not.
· You can save thousands off the cost of a traditional commission and still receive a full  complement of real estate services from our licensed brokers
